"I've spent all morning trying to sign up for an appointment on their website, but it kept saying the email was invalid. I used other family members emails and the same thing happened. How can you have a website to allow people to make an appointment and it doesn't even work? este es el sistema mal estupido que existe, hablas a los numeros nadie contesta. la verdad valen madres"

"I forgot to bring a document so Mr. Rodriguez Mariño wouldn’t help me. Understandable. I asked if I went to print the paper and come back if he would help me since I had made an appt. He told me no! I needed to make another appointment. I explain to him I drove 2 hours away, I asked nicely. He said he’s currently closed and would reopen at 2. It was only 1:30pm. I asked can you help me then? His response” No you need to make another appointment!!!!! “ what a waste of time. If they want to be successful here they need to have forms available for people to fill out or at least make the copies they need for themselves. I am definitely not dealing with this person’s attitude, I’d rather fill it out online!!!!"

"Was going to pickup birth certificate, but the office was closed, no notice of closing on website, only in person. Edit: We got the birth certificate on another day and was extremely fast not even 5 minutes from going in to getting out. Also I got passport which was also very fast, whole appointment was only ~40mins. But the actual printing of passport was only about ~15 mins. No passport photo is needed because the photos are taken there."
