"1) Very incompetent attorney assigned for my case, who did not file my amendment for almost a year and got to know on the day of visa interview. My company notified well in advance to file. 2) For my PERM, in April 2023 the portal gets updated that the Prevailing Wage is approved and started the recruitment phase. After 2 months in June, they realized that it was denied due to their manual error. And resubmitted and started the process all over again. I am still not confident that it will be done this time. 3) For any question asked in portal, they do not answer what was asked and have to follow up to get some response."
