"This service was a godsend. I was in a crunch because I didn't realize my passport had expired, and it was nearing a month before my trip. I signed up for the service, and received a detailed checklist of all the documents I needed. There are instructions online on how to complete the documents if you're unsure. Once you gather everything, you have to call them so that someone can go through each document with you to make sure everything is correct. This was great because the lady I spoke to caught a mistake. She was also extremely nice and helpful! I got my passport less than a week after I sent in the materials to the service, so I could not be more happy this! I highly recommend this if you're in a pinch!"

"Excellent service! Even tho it was expensive. I paid online fee based on days it would get to me plus whatever amount US Dept charged, i think $201 & change. Then another $35 for overnight shipment. But i put in travel leaving Oct.30th. Sent info to them 13th. My passport was PRINTED on the 16th & I received in the mail the 19th!!!! This for a renewal btw but still lightening fast!!! Make sure you call and speak to someone, in my case it was Michelle. Had she not reminded me of what not to do or what not to miss on documents, my order would've been delayed or rejected! But I'm so happy with such fast service!!! Thank you!!!"

I did a lot of research before selecting this company, and it was worth the time, because they are extremely professional and provide excellent and affordable services. There are many shady companies that charge exorbitant rates and have tons of bad reviews and complaints, but this one has an A+ from the BBB, and it’s easy to see why. Their website is very comprehensive, with helpful videos, and they are very responsive on phone and email. Ben even answered the phone and returned my calls after hours on the weekend. If you follow their instructions it will be successful. I paid for the 12-day expediting and I had the passport back within 7 days. I highly recommend to anyone who needs quick services for passports."
