"In person experience was okay. The personnel were professional and helpful. I waited a long time though as my slot at 12 noon was seemingly full and half of the staff were on break. My documents weren't taken until around 1:30pm and my friend who had a 1:30pm appointment finished about the same time as me."

"Unresponsive and not acting with urgency when they lost a passport as they used UPS to ship it back to us. UPS say the shipper VFS global is responsible- if so then VFS need to file a claim and at minimum provide us compensation and a refund. Your things will get lost and stolen using this center. Please be aware as you would think they would take more care and have better service given the large amount of money they are charging people. They have completely ruined our wedding plans and caused significant additional expense in the thousands to us. I trust DHL and other services even more now."

"Applied for a French visa. Had an appointment for Monday 1pm, as written, wasn't allowed in until 12:45. Anyway, there weren't many people, and I was called at 1pm, as scheduled. At 13:10 I was out. I went in with just a document folder, but some people had small bags, so not sure, how the security policy of no anything except the docs and the phone is enforced."

"Mrs. Ronabeth in the office was very helpful to satisfy unpublished requirements for Austrian tourist visa. My photos were too big (2x2 inch). Recommend you make sure yours satisfy government requirements (Austrian Embassy may be particular). VFS is greedy company. They try to extract extra money from customers. I lost $50 (against an 80€ visa fee) for document printing and different photos. Beware"

"My experience was fine here. The front desk man wasn’t entirely pleasant but he wasn’t completely rude. I had the premium service because I needed priority. I was in and out within 20 minutes. My appointment was the 28th of July and I got my passport with my visa stamped August 10th. Also my visa was a uk settlement so I was VERY nervous. I live within 40 minutes of chicago so it wasn’t so bad if I had to go back. Overall my experience was fine. No one was outright rude at all. I had everything organized and the lady I worked with was kind."
