"Unprofessional!! The way this woman talked to me. I am very aware of how this consulate has no control over other's (different countries etc) However, You as well as the other places I have called need to learn some major customer service skills. I don't care if you hate your job that's your business!! I want to speak with a civilized person and have dealings with a civilized company! All of you everywhere need to learn how to treat people decent!! If there is a head consulate in charge I want them to reach out to me because this is trash service!! I am very upset! I bet you thought it was very professional of you to randomly put me on hold without a single word not a hold on or give me one second. I asked you a question and instead of you answering, I hear music. I still don't know why music was playing when I asked a question, after waiting so long I just hung up! Very horrible service I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED!! UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER I could honestly careless if I had the wrong place or not! The point is you are unprofessional and your response proves this. Customer service is a must when running a business private or not. You were unpleasant over the phone and your response is unpleasant now! How you talked to me over the phone is basically how your writing now! Are you calling me a liar about being basically hung up on? I have no reason to lie! You really said I kept complaining so you placed me on hold? If I had it wrong the entire time why place me on hold? If someone's not telling the truth it seems to be you! Like I said and I will say five million times customer service cost you nothing! Maybe had you lowered your tone and calmly spoke to me we wouldn't be here! But I am happy you responded. This way you can show whoever seeing this how professional you really are. Stay blessed"
