"Had this room reserved for a baby shower. The room was supposed to be ready with 12 round tables and 70 chairs in the room (not set up, just ready). There were 8 round tables and about 30 chairs in the room when we arrived. We had to waste 20 minutes of our 2 hour set up hunting down the remaining tables and chairs, getting the rack of tables and chairs into the elevator and pushed to the room. The front desk associate refused to assist us. Additionally, the room was full of long rectangle tables that we had to spend another 15 minutes removing to make way for our setup. It's absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend this place for hosting anything. They are understaffed, under prepared, and rude."

"My kids love the play space. I emailed them about reserving a room for a party and did not get a response back. I called after 7 business days to find out the room is "unavailable". Would have been nice to receive an email back or a call asking if I'd like to reserve a different room."

"We like this indoor play place better than oasis. It’s way cleaner. But they need to get the policy straight for how many kids/people can go in. We were just turned away because no keys were available and the play place wasn’t full but other times it’s been packed and someone from the front desk just lets us in. So which is it? Would be a good idea to create a capacity limit and stick to that for all staff."

"Went to North end cafe this morning for breakfast. It was delicious. I had the apple pie waffle,and my wife had the north end breakfast. Lots of tables for getting in. Didn't wait too long for the hot food. Asked for extra crispy bacon and it was spot on. They had a fully staffed crew. We were there about 9am and walked right in and were seated immediately. Our server was attentive but not smothering. All around a very pleasant experience. I would say that but the size of some of the tables,that they can accommodate larger groups. Fair prices. Serve lunch until 2pm."

"Fantastic place to bring the kids for some activities. They have an intricate play area for the younger ones that costs only $2 for an hour (plenty of time to wear them out). They also have a pool ($5) that is well maintained with a couple of lanes for lap swimming. My only complaint is that at times the pool gets crazy crowded, making it impossible to swim laps. The water also turns dirty from all of the products and body sluff from the mass of bodies in the water. The pool's filtration struggles to keep up with the mess."
