"The esthetic of the apartments are cute but it ends there. They have the nicest setup but don’t be fooled by the showroom. The walls are extremely thin and there is a continuous smell of smoke the emulates through the unit. You can hear everything from the neighbors as if they are in the same room. I could hear the toilet flush and when my upstairs neighbors shower and even smell the poop coming from toilet of the neighbors. The parking is horrible. If you come home later than 6:00pm, you will have to park across the apartment complex. If you just want something cute, they are perfect. If you want peaceful enjoyment of your apartment, find another place."

"Been living here almost 2yrs. Management team are professional, friendly and overall GREAT. Maintenance also has also been professional, fast, friendly and overall GREAT. We have never had a issue with parking. As far as noise from above or below floors, it's typical and standard definitely comes with apartment living . I'm pretty sure you will not find a apartment that's completely quiet and we personally have never had a issue with noise!
