Holiday Inn Montgomery Airport South, an IHG Hotel 96 Folmar Parkway, Montgomery, AL 36105

"In January 2024, we were coming to Hope Hull for a funeral. We booked our room online, (2 King Suite) 2 days in advance, called and spoke to the Manager, to confirm our booking along with informing the Manager that we will be arriving late. Per the the Manager, everything is ok. We received 2 calls from the Manager, while traveling, informing us that we booked a Handicapped Accessible Room. I informed the Manager that I booked a 2 King Suite Room. Upon arrival, the Manager was unavailable. We spoke to the Front Desk Attendant who informed us that there were no rooms available. According to our online booking, IHG APP, we booked 2 King Suite Room. Even after showing our online booking details, the attendant was unable to explain, the “no rooms available”. What she did show us was a detailed receipt of a Handicap Accessible Room booked with our CREDIT CARD information attached. That was disturbing! Not only was our credit card information attached to this room, we were then Charged after we were informed that they didn’t have any rooms available. We contacted our credit card company and filed a Fraudulent claim. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had! They are liars and thieves! We came to Hope Hull for a funeral, not a vacation! "Magnolia's was a wonderful experience. We stayed a few hotels over and walked over because our hotel was without restaurant accommodations, so we were pleasantly surprised by a full bar, small and affordable menu with a wonderful bartender Terrell."

"The place is fine, but reviewing this just because when I stayed here, I left my watch in my room and drove about an hour down the interstate and decided to turn around after realizing to see if I could get back in. And they let me. So, that was very cool."

"Great location, great exterior look and clean. But when you check in your surprise happened. Shower had zero body wash but plenty of shampoo. Towels were dirty with black stains, bed linings looked as though they haven’t been changed. Too many issues to list. Just know there are plenty other places to stay if you did pass on this one."

"The stay was comfortable and relaxing with plenty of fast food restaurants nearby! There are also a few gas stations and a Starbucks. Rooms were nice and clean, and the majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Be aware that one of the staff (Johnny) will harass you at breakfast time to make sure you paid. They need to work out a better system on that."
