"First let me say our room was great. Mobile check in and digital key were nice. But I feel for Hilton and their financial woes as they had to share kitchen staff between two hotels and when we came down for breakfast (@ 8:15)which started at 7am, there was nary a person nor scrap of food at the buffet to be found. How many staff and how much food? Nary! After waiting for 30 minutes the kitchen staff arrived from the other hotel. 2 hours later and still waiting on my coffee. But one of us did get water at least."

"Pros: The night shift staff was in a hard place but provided exceptional service and communicated and troubleshooted the best way he knew how (Rodney) We arrived late had business to attend next day planned on showering, sleeping resting peacefully to prepare for next morning. However due to many room chsnges (3) total we we’re disappointed with the rooms - 1st one had ants crawling up the wall 2nd heat not working and smell terrible linen not clean w/stains 3rd by this time im tired need to get some sleep too much to continue to change rooms -room smells and heater goes in and out. -Sticky/dirty toilet seat -Bathroom counter, counters, desk area, nights stand had visible residue left on them like they had been wiped down with a dirty rag/cloth -room had a funky smell Next morning staff was briefed- professional informative and Housekeeping also provided good customer service and apologized. They mentioned that I will be reimbursed for my stay. I checked out and was ensured that I will not be penalized bc I couldn’t stay another night where I was uncomfortable. As a honors member I was displeased with the hotel stay. Location was perfect too but didnt work out Hoping management take a look at updating and double checking rooms and things. I am still awaiting my full refund - only received partial. I was ensured it will be taken care of. Hotel it’s self: - entire hotel - no breakfast was told to go next door to sister hotel to eat had a funky/musty smell (rooms, hallways, elevators, lobby….etc) -elevator seemed to be ready to malfunction (strange loud noise, rough ride, moving unusually slow…etc)"

"Very helpful, friendly staff and nicely renovated lobby and rooms! Unfortunately, there were several areas of our stay that could have been better. The shower was dirty when we checked in (had dirt stains on the floor of the shower and hairs in the drain). There was no body wash, only shampoo and conditioner, and there were hardly any towels—didn't even have a bath mat. There were no instructions/information anywhere in the room regarding breakfast/checkout/etc., and the QR code you were supposed to scan took you to a template website with no real information listed. Lastly, their selection in their snack bar downstairs was extremely limited and overpriced."

"Friendly staff, Daphne and Sylvia in the restaurant are great. Front desk staff very friendly. Location is good, rooms are clean, beds are decent, I have had a lot worse. All in all, it is a good hotel. I spent about 18 days staying there. My only negative would be the restaurant tends to run out of things often and the food quality varies greatly depending on who is in the kitchen. The guy who cooks most mornings is terrific."

"Location, location, location! Located 1 minute from the I85 exit. I love not having to drive miles & miles to get to my hotel after a long day. I got lucky and stayed during their Grand Reopening. There was a tent in the parking lot with free drinks, music and happy people. My check in was quick, the staff was friendly. I was also given a free mug filled with tasty treats (Thanks Veronica - Dir of Sales). My room was clean, well lit and plenty of outlets for my laptop and electronics. A cube fridge, microwave and K-cup coffee machine in every room. There is a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. They have an outdoor pool, gym and business center. I believe I saw a sign for guest laundry as well. You are also minutes away from tens of restaurants ranging from popular chains to mom & pop's. I slept well and was on my way the next morning. Congrats on the grand re-opening, job well done!"
