"Have a elderly residents needing a reasonable and safe place to stay. She is 82 treasure and don't need to be ripped off with high priced rates that will leave her not being able to eat, or have the necessities needed. If anyone know of a place for her, please inform me."

"If I could give zero stars I would I went to gather some information about the apartments and I was greeted with “ this is a 55+ residents” she had no clue what I was going to say or what I needed. I honestly felt judged before I even had the opportunity to explain my situation I was basically told to leave."

"Went there to inquire about an apartment for my mother. Spoke with a female who told us that the apartments were 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms and for people 50 and older only. She also told us the rent for the apartment was 650 a month with a 3 hundred and something dollar deposit. Would have to pass a credit check and a background check. Would have to bring marriage license if married, divorce papers if divorced, if divorced more than 20 years would have to write a letter telling when divorced occurr and have it notorized. If you have social security would have to bring back a rewards letter from the social security office telling how much you make. Nobody can stay with you who is not within the age limit...which means no kids no grandkids...etc...she also stated that the rent will be increase starting the first of the year 2017. She said she didnt know how much yet until she is informed. She said last time The rent went up it was up by 8 dollars...yep 8 dollars more but she also said just because it was up 8 dollars last time doesnt mean it will still be 8 dollars agin. All of this sounded too much like RED TAPE ,HASSEL, TOO STRICT, and then to top the icing on the cake you pay FULL PRICE as you would if you was in a plain apartment....thats right no discounts and no based by your income for the senoirs....they have all these issues and still pay full price... I dont like it."
