"After living here for 3 years ... I was excited about the new renovations that we were offered ..we are now in month to month leases ....a year and a half later the new renovated apartments are ready and some tenants have moved in them fully ...I was told that the next set of renovated apartment building will be our (1800 building) turn to move in ....a month later they all of a sudden choose to evacuate the old apartments and have given us a non renewal notice that we have to move out in 30 days ... if not, we will be evicted... and Rick (property manager)stated that they're not obligated to tell us why ... we just have to Get Out ... I'm furious.. and I really don't appreciate the inconvenience they put me in after I've been staying here and paying my rent every month for 3 years"

"This place is not for people who are active. They put you at very high limitations. They people who work here are very rude and it's crazy. All me my friends wanted to do is play basketball and they all focused on us, when there is people breaking into these open apartments and destroying them. They dont focus on the main problem, so they push it away and act like it not happening until it's to late. And when you try to talk to them they threaten to kick your mother out. One more thing a basketball goal really this man pulls up and almost hit us to say we can't play on a basketball goal. #VirginiaMeadow"
