"This is probably the worst living space in Montgomery. I recommend anyone who’s a student at ASU or someone moving to the area to NOT look here for a place to live. This place is absolutely terrible and there’s no pool either."

"These are so nice. This property used to be a motel now an apartment building. Nice sized rooms with adequate nature lighting. No elevator, but plenty of stairs! You will definitely get your walking steps in daily."

"I moved here back in January of 2021 and stayed there for a year. Everything was going well with my application, the moving process and the leasing manger; Mrs. Lynn. I moved out January 2022 and as I was moving out, Mrs. Lynn accused me of “running off” from my lease. I have been paying my rent on time for that whole year I stayed but she was harassing me in my last month of moving out and was very rude to me and my mother in front of my little sister. She has even threatened to call the police after she came up to me saying rude things causing a disturbance. She is VERY rude when she doesn’t get her way and tell lies on you if your not acting how she wants you to act. This gated community is full of college athletes but if your not her beloved “baseball babies” I wouldn’t recommend living here!"

"If you are someone who values privacy and security, then I would definitely recommend this place for your next leasing agreement. I have lived at Magnolia for two years and my time spent here has been enlightening, especially considering it was my first apartment. The gate was the first feature I noticed and loved about the property. The grounds are always kept immaculate and tidy and maintenance is available 24/7 and he is prompt and respectful. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves which creates an air of peace in the neighborhood. This complex is ideal for anyone looking to lease short or long term. The only area of improvement would be the management. Ms. Lynn is great at her job and keeps the property safe and secure to all its tenants, however, in my time here, I’ve had several less than stellar encounters with her that had created a rift between myself and her. She was rude not only to me but also to my guests on multiple occasions. I’ve spent my two years leasing avoiding her as much as possible, to the extent where I would rarely check my mailbox inside the office building. Her communication skills are really lacking when it comes to speaking and handling certain situations and at times, it feels as if she is talking down to you. I loved living at Magnolia and would recommend it to anyone asking after an affordable and comfortable place to live and I will be sure to let them know to proceed with caution with the property manager."
