"This is the WORST place to stay. The manager Jerrica is rude and has an attitude! The leasing person Kam don't listen at all! You will have to keep contacting for a simple maintenance issue which they don't come until MONTHS later when issues are worse! These people have bad attitudes! These reviews are from friends & family! So don't be fooled! Then they try to act like your annoying when you're the one paying rent. The person who said its nice and quiet is LYING. You can hear gunshots all the time ON PROPERTY and the dumpster overflows with trash in the parking lots too! They have BAD LEAKS that will run your bill up and you have to pay those bills NOT them! RUN!!!!!!!!"

"I absolutely love this Community I've been out for about 3 yrs. The staff is awesome they have been like family always willing to help. It's nice and quiet out here. Im glad to be apart of this community. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for some where to call home."

"I Paid $45 application fee + $150 admin fee to apply for an apartment. i called them a few days later to get an update they told me I was denied BUT COULNT TELL ME WHY . So you mean to tell me I paid almost $200 but cant get an reasonable reason on why I was denied??? they told me my admin fee was unrefundable even tho I was denied!!!!! this is ridiculous I do not recommend these people"
