"I went to the veranda’s on Saturday, I was greeted by Kelley who was so sweet and even though I didn’t have an appointment, she took the time to talk with me and also introduced me to Stacy, the manager who went out of her way to answer all of my questions and concerns. Stacy is a great asset to the Veranda’s and Kelly was also wonderful, I am coming back in a couple of weeks and I will definitely make an appointment to visit this beautiful property."

Although the rent is pricey compared to my first apartment, it is completely doable with his best friend and roommate. I'm very grateful my baby is in a nice place. "Excellent option if you are seeking an apartment in the Montgomery area. I was very picky and skeptical of searching for an apartment online as what you see may not always be what you get. I got what was advertised and more!!!! My decision was based on the amenities, location as well as the leasing agent's attitude and response time. Karey was very patient, helpful and professional when I asked my numerous questions. When I visited the property, I was a bit worried if everything was what I expected it to be but that was short lived...Apartment was spacious, clean new carpets, spacious bathroom (this was a winner for me), closets, appliances of excellent quality. I was and still am impressed...It looked even better than the pictures posted online. The outside was great too..Property was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be recommending others. UPDATE 3 years and 5 Months Later! Maintenance requests always completed ASAP, grounds always clean and never had one episode of noise nuisance, missing packages or break ins. Always felt safe and secure. Office staff always courteous and ready to help. Moving out process was just as easy as moving in. Well kept apt community, only moved because of job change. I really enjoyed my living experience here. Not one Complaint from me!!!"
