"All three people who work in the office are rude an the sissy manager took my money order a kept it an didn't approve me for a apartment was discriminated against because of my income is childsupport an I had work income an they was hateing on me I also have a 715 credit score if anyone know who to report these staff people to notify me immediately I ended up being approved other places a moved but I would like to take the necessary steps to take on a lawsuit against fountain lane for discrimination they will keep your money order an deny you for no reason you been warned jealousy is a dangerous sickness be safe people the big lady in the office was jealous of my income an they denied me sad pitiful I bet the owner don't know the type of people they hired ..no telling how many people they turned away from getting a apartment because of hatred in them you can see the jealousy in they face I had bank statements proof of income all the proof in good background am rental history no criminal history 715 credit score .....I was hated on he couldn't even tell me a reason why he denied me"

"These are the worst apartments I've ever stayed in. I Stayed out there a couple months ago and still haven’t heard from upper management in regards to the damage the flood did to my apartment. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. Administration was poor & management company was not involved with concern tenants!"

"For my first apartment it was a 6/10. I tolerated a lot of stuff while I stayed here. Sooo many water bugs. The last 7 months I stayed there my sink wouldn’t drain properly and nobody would come fix it. Pool was opened one time in the 2 years I stayed here. Laundry room on sight is great but it would be fifthly. Neighbors always arguing, or blasting music, or shooting. Luckily the condition of my apartment wasn’t horrible but I’ve seen other reviews with units that look like a nightmare. Definitely do a walk through before signing anything. Move here if you want to pay cheaper rent that’s probably the only benefit. If you want to be comfortable about where you stay just pay the extra $200 somewhere else."

"I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone! I have been a resident here for five years. They have changed management numerous of times. It seems to get worse after each change. I moved here from a little small town. I was trying to find a place that was allowing move-ins immediately. I really should have taken more time and selected a better place. They painted the tubs. Paint chips off every time you clean it. My apartment has been broken into several times and they have failed to come fix my door. My ceiling has been leaking for over a year. It’s starting to mold. The light in the kitchen doesn’t work anymore because of the leakage. There have been an increase of pests in the home due to the water leakage. I’ve submitted numerous maintenance reports. I’ve called the office a number of times. I’ve emailed them over and over…And they still have not fixed the issues. On top of that, they expect you to pay the full price to live in an apartment that I’m sure violate several health codes. And, they have the audacity to harass you for a payment if you’re a day late! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live!"

"This place is the worst place to live I been out here 6 years and have always paid I rent on time. I was pregnant living in a hot apartment didn't have ac nor did I have heat for almost a yr. I had mildew all on my bathroom walls and etc. I complained and everyday nothing was done about it I really suffered and stressed threw my whole pregnancy about this which caused me to go in labor early. Also they finally moved me into another apartment which is no better I didn't know the units next to me are burnt up in the inside which is causing me to have rats and also a bad smell in my vets when u walk threw my apartment. I asked for a upstairs and they made me pay a transfer fee of 300 dollars and tricked me and gave me a downstairs. I have a newborn child and is suffering out here. I called to see can they transfer me again and they denied it.The new rent lady Ashley Dabney just collecting money and not getting the problems resolved but play like it's nothing she can do but her family stays out here and she do also and they make sure everything is good in their house. My sister whole townhouse roof fell in and flooded and they made her stay in their then finally I had to go say something and they moved her. Now she is having the same problems I. That townhouse. I'm gonna get a lawyer next yr and get the news ppl out here the folks needs to be shut down. I'm trying to figure out how u upload the pictures and videos.
