"The dumpster always be over flowing and trash be piled up all in front of it. This makes the apartment look bad because the dumpster is right in front. Trash valet service doesn’t picked up your trash when you set your trash outside way before 7 and then they lie and say it wasn’t out there on time. I lived in other apartments before and Carrington Parks doesn’t have high standards as the previous apartments I lived in. I don’t recommend living here unless you like mediocre! Putting trash out before 7 is not in violation. You can put the trash out between 5 & 7 pm on the schedule night of service. This is written on the Valet Living brochure that was given to me in the Welcome Home folder. Go back and read it for yourself! Better yet I’ll post a picture of it!"

"I moved into carrington park apartments two months ago. Even before the move I was blown away by how nice and luxurious the apartments are and how the staff are goes above and beyond to take care of their residents. Ms. Chloe Scott does an exceptional job in making sure the tour is very thorough and once moved in any issues you may have she makes sure it’s taken care of. The maintenance staff also does a very very good job. Any issue you may have they take care of it that day or the next and it’s fixed right on the first attempt. Anyone working a full time job and has a family I would Recommend moving here because it’s secure and also a very quiet and peaceful complex to relax."
