"Bay Vista Aapartments, 29100 N Main, Daphne, AL. Reasonable rent, cooperative management people, good maintenance response. Convenient location. Quiet, management doesn't tolerate folks who are rowdy &/or cause problems. No pool or workout facility. 12-15 eating establishments within short walking distance, Five grocery stores within 2-1/2 mile radius. Quick access to I10, US 98 and US 90. I have been here for 8 years. Older but comfortable, large utility/laundry room, attic storage, private patio, and lots of big trees. Program to update apartments as tenants change. There is no pool or exercise facility, but not high on my priority list. All in all, a very pleasant place to call home."

"I wanted to post a very positive review since I’ve read some negative ones. If you see a review before Jan. 2019 then it’s most likely because they aren’t following rules or they keep a dirty place. This is the best move-in experience I’ve had in a long time (I’ve been alive for 51 years), Dannah the property manager is awesome and Tyler in maintenance is on his game, my little place looks brand new and everything works as it should. Their are stray cats but take the initiative to deal with it, better than mountain lions in Minnesota, lol. Community is very quiet and laundry facility is very nice. If you are looking for a great place in Daphne, this is one to check out, you won’t regret it. Btw I’m also OCD. Also, you as a (TENANT) have to control insects yourself as well, it’s Alabama. Home Defense works wonders, try it."

"This is the most horrible place I've ever lived. Its infested with cockroaches. We got told that the place was cleaned and fixed up before we moved in, once we got our stuff moved in and settled, we noticed mold in the kitchen then it started spreading all over our chairs, our bed and the kods beds. I've had my floors replaced 4 to 5 times (not kidding). The floors and walls are sinking. And with management, the lady in the office will not answer her phone. She barely keeps her door open so tenents can talk to her. And the maintence guy is very rude. Got called "white trash" by the maintence guy for no reason. This would be the worst place to live. The residents here the rudest people I've ever met."

"I've lived here for 2 years, Michele is sweet, Tyler is the most efficient mantienence guy you could ever find anywhere, and I've lived a few places. It's got beautiful grounds and trees make it beautiful. Right next to the alligator walk, and honestly to pay the price they charge is very much reasonable. When I first moved in, I did have a few problems, but when you treat people with respect, you recieve respect. It's home for me, for a little while longer. But I can't give it 5 stars, because of a few things. But it's ok, because I know if I need something fixed, it's gonna get fixed."

"What they say is true "you get what you paid for" and I did. You live around loud and obnoxious people and management won't do anything. Floors are always a creaking. When I first moved in the property manger was nice till she moved and we had a new one and believe me she couldn't care less this was 2 years ago. The rent is WAY overpriced for what you're getting now you don't even get at least central heating and air. The good thing about these apartment is that its one story building and its in walking distance to the jubilee center. Bay Vista needs a full overhaul renovation and a little bit of a higher standards in both resident background check and management team which by the way is one person over everything."
