Gates at Jubilee

"I have lived here for 6 months...all I can say is that I have lived in better apartments in the roughest parts of Chicago. I reported a leak 3 week ago, and they finally fixed it after several attempts this week, but the whole in the ceiling is still there.There are two dogs above me that play and run at 4am to say the least. Absolutely no communication between maintenance and the office staff, or me in that case because I had to keep calling them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and wrote a letter of demand. I've never been so disappointed and will never recommend this place. I have pictures, videos, emails, and pending requests about my leak. Last, but certainly not least, I have called and left plenty of messages with the main office, which was the number from the lobby and no one has called back to address my concerns."

"This apartment complex has the best staff on board. Deanna in the office is such an amazing person. She is constantly wanting to help. Stephen is the maintenance manager and when something needs to be fixed he is there asap! These two also love seeing the smiling faces around and make you feel welcomed!"

"The best part of the community is the location to walkable things. Feels very safe and mostly clean. There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood and the pet stations are great for clean up. I’ve used the car wash a couple times and it’s super convenient. My apartment backed up to the woods which made it pretty private. Unit was a little outdated and the kitchen is very small so it’s hard to really make the meals I would like, had a hard time storing all my cooking gear and spices. Parking is ample and garages have plenty of storage if one is available. The main staff woman who is there all the time is super friendly and helpful. I used the gym quite a bit, simple but useful for a quick home workout. Pool is one of my favorite features, super big and nice. The new rent prices are a little high for my taste, but the location is a big draw."

"The staff is very customer service oriented and they do their best to make you feel at home. This is an older complex but the management is tirelessly working to update and upgrade the property. You cannot beat the walkable location to downtown Daphne and the rates are reasonable with low utility costs. The residents are friendly and care for each other. This is a great place to live. You are just 2 blocks from downtown Daphne and 5 from Mobile Bay! Oh and a 5 minute walk to Whit's...you have to try their frozen treats!"

"This is a fabulous place to live folks! The location is great if you don’t want to get out on busy highways. We love all the trees, and the landscaping is gorgeous and tranquil. Best of all is the friendly and extremely helpful staff. They have bent over backwards to get us moved in and satisfied in our new apartment.
