"Me and my family have been living in Belforest Villas for almost an year now and I'm consistently impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the management team. They are excellent at keeping residents informed about upcoming events, maintenance schedules, etc. Jessica is a great asset to the team, she is extremely helpful and assisted us every single time and made our move from Singapore very smooth. She is very courteous, understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile. Cassie and Jill are very friendly and always approachable too. The maintenance team is very good especially Michael, he is prompt in addressing issues. I appreciate the efforts of the management team in organising regular events and activities for the kids and I highly recommend Belforest Villas for their exceptional management services, proactive communication, and commitment to maintaining a high standard of living for residents."

"Beautiful property! I had the pleasure of touring this property, and staying with one of my friends who lives there. The apartments are very spacious! Really big, nice bathrooms too! The pool is really nice as well. The leasing agent and manager were really nice. This is definitely a property I’d put at the top of my list to live at!"

"We moved in gosh I can’t be sure but Jessica Chambers is the leasing manager and the everything else manager!! She knows her position proficiently. She treated us like we had known each other for years. Incredibly personable through kindness and tons of patience. We could move but we choose to stay because it’s very well maintained and we love having the same management team and maintenance crew. No turnover since we moved in abt two years ago. Jess is fabulous and so relatable!!"

"My husband and I have lived at Belforest Villas since March of 2020, and it’s by far the best apartment complex we’ve ever rented from! The management is wonderful and the grounds are always in pristine condition thanks to our awesome maintenance team. Management is consistently on top of addressing any issues that might arise, like malfunctioning entrance gates, broken trash compactors, and any servicing needing to be done within the home. At previous apartments, we would have to wait sometimes months for these sorts of things to be taken care of, but at Belforest it’s addressed and taken care of as quickly as possible. The landscaping as absolutely gorgeous and the amenities are so nice and convenient to use, like the gym, dog wash station and the car wash station, which are all used frequently. Something that has always been an issue at other apartments I’ve lived at was dog excrement not being picked up, but it’s rare that I ever see it here since the office uses “Poo Prints”. The apartment interiors are GORGEOUS and makes my husband and I feel as though it’s actually our home, not just some place we’re temporarily renting at. I can’t go on enough about the ample storage, walk in showers and our beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances! With all of that being said, we really love it here and will be so sad to leave when it’s time for us to leave due to my husband’s military career. I truly trust the staff (If you’ve lived in many different apartment communities, you know that’s not always the case), and I’m very grateful for how well they do their jobs and how much they care for their residents."
