"Extremely nice. It was Fat Tuesday. I was experiencing some car trouble while moving across country. On check-in I had explained that and said "I may be here for some time". The clerk immediately froze the price at time of check-in. That means I didn't have to worry about it increasing as the weekend and Holiday approached. That really saved me some scratch!"
"The rooms were clean and spacious. I liked the closet and couch separated from the bed area so getting ready was easy and everyone has space. The best part, though, was the breakfast. They had two sizes of waffle makers (regular and one with 4 mini) and two flavors of waffle batter - regular and cinnamon roll. They also had mix insl/toppings like granola, pecans, or chocolate chips. The bacon was cooked to perfection-crispy but not overly so. We will definitely stay here the next time we sail from the port of Mobile."
"The room was pretty decent. The fridge quit working but the replaced it pretty fast but the second day my water was off for hours because they are doing Renovations to other rooms ;( The walls are thin and the cleaning crew are very loud slamming doors throughout the afternoon. People were great though. Check in and out was smooth no issues."
"I understand that the hotel is under renovation, however when we checked in, we were given a room that the door was known not to open. We were moved to an unrenovated room on the second floor. In that one, the heat stopped working. Then we were moved to another room that had been renovated. That bathroom is full of mold. The black-out curtains show signs of extensive water damage. Every single metal fixture and light is rusted in both rooms. The manager is trying to work with what she has, but this hotel is absolutely not worth it."
"The room was clean. The ice machine did not work. The outside of the window was so dirty it was hard to see through. Both coffee pots were empty at breakfast. After notifying them, they filled the coffee pots. Construction works moved in before we left at 10:00 am"
