"First of all this is such a beautiful property! Whoever their grounds person is they do a fantastic job! The doggy waste stations are always dumped and fully stocked with bags. There’s absolutely no sign of any trash anywhere. Literally 10/10 on cleanliness; He is also very handsome which is a positive but that’s besides the point. The office staff is very kind and professional and they helped me step by step in the leasing process. They were able to get me approved and moved in on the same week! The property manager is always so sweet and she is always looking out for residents! Lastly the maintenance team is top tier. I put a work order in and they completed it on the same day!! They’re so fast and efficient and I can’t thank them enough. The community is so great and quiet as well. Best place to live in all of Baldwin County!!"
"I lived here for a short time and loved everything the property has to offer. The amenities are great and the apartments are beautiful! Staff is attentive and maintenance always comes out quickly if you need them! Dog friendly with a great dog park on-site too!! Highly recommend!"
