"Living at Bay Breeze Apartments is easily one of the best decisions I have ever made. Ever since the first day I came to look at the apartments, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment complexes are beautiful and the views of the lake are amazing. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about moving here to do it, you would not be disappointed. Everyone in the staff, from the amazing people in the front office to the extremely helpful maintenance people around the complexes treat you like family. I can’t say enough great things about Bay Breeze Apartments."

"Even though it's called apartment homes, it feels more like condos with its own community and heartbeat! The people here have become some of my very good friends, and everyone is kind and considerate! The location alone makes it feel like you are living in an airbnb every day! The maintenance team are proficient in their tasks as well as professional and kind! Don't get me started on the management and leadership here! Nothing but kind, patient, understanding, and caring towards all of their residents! It's hard to feel protected, maintained, and cared for in our modern-day residential living, but here at Bay Breeze, they do exactly that! Would I recommend living at Bay Breeze Apartment Homes? ABSO-LUTELY!! ^_^"

"I love living here at Bay Breeze! The grounds are beautiful, the location is awesome, the staff are all amazing, the floorplans are spacious, and the residents are great neighbors. There are a limited few that are not such good neighbors, but they end up moving eventually. I would recommend Bay Breeze to any of my friends and family. I saw a few of the bad reviews and believe either those people have never actually lived here or are one of those not so good neighbors. Bay Breeze is the best!"

"I have lived at Bay Breeze for about a year and a half. It has been the absolute best experience. The staff is phenomenal. I can email/text or call if I am having a problem with something or just have a question and they respond immediately. The maintenance staff is so efficient. When they are finished with any issue I may have I get a service call email asking if everything was done to my satisfaction. I have never lived anywhere that the staff paid so much attention to detail. The grounds and pool area, the gym...everything is kept immaculate. It is a wonderful place to live...and wonderful staff taking care of everything. They take pride in their work and it shows!"

"I love living at bay breeze! The staff is great & they are very quick to fix any problems you may have. I love that every time I walk into the office they know who I am & what apartment number I live in. I have never lived in an apartment complex where the staff that works in the offices knows you by name. Also where maintenance is so quick to fix anything in your apartment that is not working properly. The location is great! Very close to the interstate, gas stations & grocery stores. The best part is that it is very private compared to most apartment complexes."
