"Kathy at the front desk is a great employee. However, she is without any help. My wife and I have lived here nearly 3 months and haven’t received any mail since moving in. Kathy has admitted to us that residents who have been here 6 months have also not received mail. This was not mentioned prior to moving in. We have multiple important items in the mail plus some things on monetary value that was supposed to be mailed to us, and we haven’t received any of it. They promise a 24/7 gym, however they haven’t set up the key fobs so you can only go during normal business hours. Which is difficult if you work during those. The electronic locks on the doors have randomly unlocked themselves multiple times over the past couple of weeks. The only answer we’ve received is: “we don’t know why that happened.” We are still having to pay full rent with all of this. The building is nice, Kathy is great, but whoever owns the building is really exhibiting poor leadership. Without receiving mail or having a plan to get that sorted out in sight, I just want people thinking about moving in to be aware of these problems, since they will not tell you until after you’ve signed your lease. Hopefully it can get worked out!"
