Best Western Plus Madison-Huntsville Hotel

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hote. It is conveniently located near the highway. The hotel is clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant/bar on the premises and I was able to order food online and just walk down the hall to pick it up. We would definitely stay here again."

"I been staying here going on almost two weeks waiting to move into my new apartment and the service here has been amazing! Although the whole staff is so sweet , I had to leave a review for the front desk lady name Courtesy. She been so helpful throughout my stay here and made sure my family is getting the best service ever! Also, the guy that work late night front desk as well! (don’t know his name) The breakfast every morning I give a 10/10. Oh I can’t forget the housekeeping team…baby they make sure this hotel stay clean and sanitized. I appreciate the whole staff and I highly do recommend Best Western Hotel to anyone that is new or old to the Huntsville/ Madison area!"

"This is a well managed hotel in a great location with friendly staff. The free breakfast is above average. All amenities like the fitness center, pool, hot tub, and laundry room etc.. are well maintained and worked as intended. The on-site restaurant and bar was very reasonably priced and tasty. The location is close to the airport with a Waffle house, Chinese buffet, steakhouse and fast food locations within walking distance and if you need to go somewhere the hotel offers a free shuttle anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. The internet was ridiculously fast with speeds over 500 mb/s. The beds are comfy and the flat screens are what you’d expect from a hotel. This is definitely the best hotel in this price range in the Madison/ Huntsville area. There is nothing more I could ask for from this hotel. This is an example of how a hotel should be ran and how staff should treat their guests. Shout out to all staff and management for setting the bar high and exceeding expectations."

"If you go in expecting a typical Best Western, you’ll be amazed. This is the best Best Western I’ve ever seen. You’re definitely getting a great stay for the price you pay. Updated rooms, very friendly staff, and great breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only issue I had was the bathrooms. Though the rooms were recently renovated, the bathroom seemed less than. The tub was chipped, the lights rusty, and the faucet was covered in what I assumed to be dried caulk. Kind of icky, but I’m dramatic. The hot water also wasn’t great. Not cold, so nothing to make a complaint about, but my showers were just kind of warm. Nothing to make a fuss about, just worth mentioning. Almost every other hotel I looked to stay at had mentions of roaches, some even with bed bugs. This Best Western was one of the only under $150 a night that didn’t mention bugs, mold, or some other disgusting addition. I was very pleased with my stay. I would stay here again."

"Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, bed was great. Can't say enough about the breakfast. The biscuits tasted homemade, same with hash browns and eggs. They had a variety of foods to accommodate most people. Staff very friendly. Can't wait to go back."
