"Where do I begin? The microwave had so much food on it, you couldn't see what color it used to be. The walls have food on them. Live bugs on the wall, dead ones on the floor. They did give me a new microwave. The microwave has so much black gook on it you can barely push the buttons. Play in loud music in the hallways. Very nice thing about this place was the lady serving us."

"At first the hotel was ok but this situation about the hot water is getting to be ridiculous!!! It’s been over a week since the water was good and hot and I know I’m not the only person in here with no hot water. And on top of that, the lady at the desk had the nerve to tell me that everyone was showering right now at 8:00 tonight. First of all how in the hell would she know that? And even if that was the case shouldn’t there be something else in place to prevent the water from turning cold??? How are towels and the bedding being washed properly with no hot water or are they being done when NO ONE is showering??? Nothing has been offered to make up for this inconvenience at the moment but I will update this post when a change occurs! Oh yeah and there’s no ice machine either!!! Guess it would be too difficult to keep it clean!!!"

"Staying in this place is what happens when you're tired and don't do any research before you book, and allow the name to sway your decision. I need to put another 1 star. I wish I could choose zero stars. This place is absolutely filthy, and has roaches. My poor husband who travels for work has had to suffer here for a night. He had to leave super early in the morning because this is when he saw a roach. He had to worry about shaking his clothes out to make sure he didn't bring anything home. This place was a lesson to NEVER EVER book a hotel without reading reviews. They are clearly not interested in changing their reputation because they have too many bad reviews, and nothing has changed. Vote with your dollar and go somewhere else because there are NO refunds."

"When we first got our room, we noticed the fridge was not clean at all, we didn’t even have towels in our room, and one of our beds didn’t have a blanket. But the girl at the front desk did an amazing job with giving us some towels and the blanket we were missing on the bed. We booked this extended stay because my family and I are trying to get back on our feet."

"This place has really good customer service. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in town."
