"The people here are very mean. They wouldn't know Hospitality if it smacked them in the face with a wrecking ball. Breakfast was horrible. This Hotel shouldn't even be open!!"
"So much for 0600 breakfast. The guy didn’t even start making it until 0600. Then he told me it would take 10 minutes to get it ready. At 0610 it still wasn’t ready. I needed to leave by 0630 so I had go skip breakfast because they lied about when breakfast would be."
"Roaches all over the place, go somewhere for a little more we had to spend 50 dollars on new sheets, sanitizer and roach spray, blankets and pillows brought it up to front desk he sent buddy down with some roach spray, we pulled bed out dead roaches everywhere, said they don’t have roach problems and the… we apologize dearly take actions comment they reply is garbage, ya buy all hotels at least keep them clean if your charging 90 a night, first hotel I refused to use coffee maker cause all the roaches"
"The lady that checked me in was very professional. However, I am a Choice Employee and the man at the front desk this morning was very non professional. I checked in for 5 nights for a funeral. I had a service animal, the law says they are welcome without charge. He wanted to charge me. Then if that is not bad enough, I went to the office to get a DO NOT DISTURB sign. On the way back, I stopped at my car to smoke a cigarette inside my car. This man comes and tells me to get out. Completely unreasonable. I have le CHOICE know, if he will treat a CHOICE employee like dirt under his feet what will he treat a guest off the street. I hope they give him some training or take him off the front desk."
