"Check in was smooth, friendly staff member. First roo. The bath tap was running constantly. Change of room - bed side lights did not work. Despite sign in bathroom advising if room service every other day, this did not happen. First morning breakfast cleared by 8.45. Second morning breakfast ok, third morning no breakfast at all, no staff. A bit hit and miss which is a shame for what could be a great hotel."
"Being close to the airport is a convenience when staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean, but just with basic amenities. They do have a mini refrigerator and a microwave oven. Digital/mobile check-in and on-phone room key are helpful features. The front desk has skeletal staff. They are courteous but not as welcoming as they should be or could be. Restaurant is “cooked to order” only even for the breakfast. Only quick options for breakfast are milk, cereal and yogurt. The hotel is in close vicinity to the White Bison convenience store."
"Stayed here for the first time. I’ve been staying in Decatur the last few months. The breakfast crew is awesome, they make you good from scratch and they’re pretty funny. The front desk manager was extremely helpful when I had to have an emergency meeting in the lobby area with my client. My guys have stayed here before and will continue to come here. Thank you all for helping me and accommodating us today"
"This location is infested with ladybugs. While they may not be harmful. I prefer to enjoy them on the outside, NOT in my room. The front desk came to vacuum them up (more than 15), however quite a few have appeared again in my room. It's not just my room either!"
"As a lifetime Diamond member, we stay at a lot of Hilton Properties. This location has been terrific. The room was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly! Jo was our server on our first morning & she was super!! So much fun to talk to, & her service was superb. She also was the bartender & again we enjoyed her vivacious personality & hospitality! A welcome addition to our stay. Keep her because she is a wonderful ambassador to your lovely properties. Additional review by Larry: Jo was a pleasure to have as our server for both our breakfast and as our bartender. She is a friendly face that makes you feel welcome. She truly cares about the customer and their needs. She is a beautiful addition to a great property."
