"When You Leave, I Leave.. It's time to go from apartment to homeowner..My experience with living in apartments have always been OK at best..You would think the more you pay for rent the better the experience is...WRONG...I'm very blessed to have come across this complex for the price the location and size of apartment..But was even more shocking is Joseph..He has been patient and fair with me from day one..And he is doing something as A manager that I have not seen in a long time....HE ACTUALLY FIXS STUFF..HONESTLY I DIDNT THINK THEY MADE MANAGERS LIKE HIM ANYMORE...I'm on the path to homeownership but I need more time..Keep up the GREAT JOB JOSEPH...CAUSE WHEN YOU LEAVE I LEAVE.."

"This place is a nightmare good luck getting anything fixed. It's been 2 months now and nothing has been fixed in my apartment. I was told the reason being was because of excessive work orders due to poor maintenance of the apartments.Which seems to be an excuse for a broken light fixture and a stove element . l later went back to ask about this problem. And everyone act like they didn't know what I was talking about as if they forgot .They're overpriced and seems to me to only find the people who they Dem fit to help and want to help!!!!!"
