"I've been here for about 2 months, and I love it. With what comes with the Townhomes plus the space you're not going to find anything around that'll beat these prices I guarantee it. The neighborhood is under new management and they're the best! From the complaints I see from other reviews it's not a Hidden River problem. With the neighborhood being brand new its best you have your mail forwarded 2 weeks before your move in date because the mail is still about a day off. I didn't have a problem getting internet, but it will take 2-3 hours to install because how the Townhomes are built, so I was told if a technician tells you they can't do it then call AT&T and have them send someone else."
"First off, I would like to say that these townhomes are beautiful! They come with so much for a reasonable price! But to piggyback off what Tiffany said she is absolutely right about the communication. I work during the day, so I am never home when the office personnel are there, but I've been sending emails and constantly calling but no response so if you have any questions, you better ask before you move in. They fixed the mail issue so that's a good thing. I live in the back, so I don't know if the internet was fixed up front, but my old coworker just moved in up front, and he has internet, so I believe they it fixed. I talked to a few neighbors on my afternoon walks, and we all had the same struggle when it comes to pricing, communication, and extermination. The prices that they give you before you move in will be $200-$1,000 more than what's on the paper, I already spoke my peace on communication, and we've had a HORRIBLE problem with spiders and insects getting into the townhomes, but like I said we might have to pay out of pocket to fix the issue because we can't get a hold of anybody. Overall, the community and townhomes are beautiful and well worth the price, there's just a disconnect between the leasing office and tenants."
"Townhomes are beautiful. However there’s some customer service issues. As a current resident I’d advise waiting for them to iron out the kinks before you sign a lease. Very responsive prior to move in. Once the lease is signed it’s extremely difficult to get in contact with them. They do not follow up on your face to face inquiries. The priority is on obtaining residents not keeping the current residents. Also, there’s an issue with the ATT fiber, the terminals and underground lines aren’t accessible by ATT therefore ATT cannot install internet at the townhomes closest to the office. There’s no ETA for the fix. Had to buy a mifi and service, for Wi-Fi access… the community will not reimburse me for that inconvenience. Finally, the post office has not set up mail service to this location so we’re having to go there to pick up mail. Looked at the reviews before signing lease now I realize these reviews are from people who work for the leasing office."
"Came by for a tour of this property and the ladies in the office are very kind and informative. They took their time to answer all my questions and I had a BUNCH! Lol. The apartments are beautiful and spacious as well."
"NEGATIVEEE 10 THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT 60 DAYS FOR A REFUND! THEY HANG UP IN YOUR FACE WHEN YOU ASK FOR THE MONEY BACK. THEY SAY THEY’RE GOING TO CALL BACK AND DO NOT. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! RUN!!! RUNNNN!!!"
