"Staff was nice. Easy check-in, decent price. Convenient location, shopping, restaurant. Also, close to the intersate. Enjoyed my stay definitely would recommend, and will definitely stay again."

"Nasty hotel. Didn’t get a choice due to work travels but wouldn’t ever stay here or any other red roof. Not the first time there’s been cockroaches, either. TVs and A/C rarely work."

"First off, the place looks NOTHING like the photos. In need of drastic maintenance. Heck, my bathroom had 1-side of a towel rack - no bar. That's $15 on Amazon overnight. Had to ring the bell 3 times at 6PM to check-in, and tap on the window in the morning to get the woman off her phone to check out. They haven't served breakfast in 3 years - not even coffee - yet promote it on website. The TV was haunted - every 20 minutes would change to a different channel or to HDMI input. After the 3rd time mastered how to get back to my desired channel. Mostly filled with contractors so expect a lot of truck noise at 6AM. The only bright spot is the beds are comfortable and the shower has hot water."

"Very good deal on the room. Clean rooms, clean pool, the service was eeehhhhh.. A lot of food places near by, no food/drinks in vending machines. But overall we enjoyed the stay here."

"1 star because I couldn't leave negative stars. Room was always damp, smelled like pets, and service from front desk was NON-EXISTENT. yes, they answered the phone once in a while but NEVER did anything to alleviate any problem. Phone in room didn't work, had to use my cell phone. Needed more pillows- none available. Dog barking in room next door at 1:00 AM and they wouldn't do a %^#%^%&^ thing about it. Worthless staff in office, sorry low quality hotel. No coffee in lobby- there is no lobby. All around the lousiest hotel experience I've ever had."
