"Current resident.. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had living in an apartment complex. Before moving in I looked at the reviews & thought this would be a decent place to stay but it’s been everything but that. Currently being overcharged every month for water $150+ (single/ 1br) with no resolution in sight among several other issues since moving here just a few months ago. Instead of addressing the problem the leasing manger justifies the issue when there obviously something wrong. I can’t speak for others but in my personal opinion this is one of the worst complex in Huntsville and I would not recommend any one to move here."

"I stayed here for almost ten months from mid-2021 to early-2022. The facilities and buildings were excellent, zero complaints. My problem arose with management - I am Jewish, and one of the property managers (Lindsey), was quite antisemitic to me on multiple occasions. I have not pursued any action to get her terminated, but I believe she has since left the position. I think some of her comments stem from plain ignorance, but the openly antisemitic comments she said to my face were disgusting. I never felt unsafe but I felt uncomfortable interacting with this management. Just my two cents of a warning to future residents."

"I toured this Beautiful community today, and fell in love with the apartment home and the pool! Location is perfect, and close to everything you need. Taylor the Community Manager was super helpful and great to work with today! I highly recommend Zen Gardens. I like that they are always hosting monthly events for the residents as well!"

"While it may still be under construction, these apartments are amazing. There's an awesome looking pool, hammock garden, and I can't wait for the dog park. The clubhouse is really great as well. The apartments themselves are very nice, and I love how hard it is to hear your neighbors through the walls. Google Fiber is definitely worth it, and the in-unit washer and dryer are great. Also the staff are great. They're super friendly and absolutely love when I bring my dog by their offices in the mornings to visit. I've not been in many apartments, but I can definitely say these are some of the best I've been to in all of Huntsville."
