"Moved in 2 years ago , I have had to have maintenance come fix something every 2-3 weeks . Maintenance responds quick to repairs but the apartments are obviously old and not well kept . I have been the best renter , never complained once but when my spouse tried to harm me and I needed to call the police out the owner had an attitude because the police damaged the door . I don’t mind paying for the door but I was very upset that I’m getting charged $250 for a door but this apartment has been falling apart the whole time I been here and I haven’t caught an attitude once . Glad I’m moving out !"
