"All was well. A new community and respect throughout. Peaceful and relaxing."
"Love these apartments! Very clean, nice, and friendly community. Has many essentials and the best amenities."
"We love living in this community. We moved in July 2019. The apartments are very spacious and well maintained. Beautiful on the inside. We wish we were able to rent to buy because this place is perfect for us. The pool and exercise room are nice and well maintained. The garage is a bonus to have! If we have any issues they fix it right away. The staff is amazing to work with they are always so polite and willing to help. They even have neighborhood events for people to get to know each other. We love our patio and the view of the woods behind us. We highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move to Madison."
"The apartments are fine although ours still has wires hanging from walls and they are regularly in the units to fix and replace shoddy building elements. It has to be done and I appreciate how difficult it must be for them but it is also inconvenient since I work from home and they just pass out the keys to workmen who come in at their convenience during the day. We have no lock on the doors to prevent strangers from walking in once those keys are passed out. Since we moved in 6 months ago there have been two additional charges: a non refundable $75 to get dogs a DNA test because people don’t pick up after their dogs. I haven’t seen this effort really help that problem. And most recently a refundable $30 for a package pick up system because UPS and Fed Ex will only deliver to the front office which has limited hours so you had to take time off work to go get your packages. The new system so far has not worked for us even though we have filled out the forms with the third party etc. basically no point in paying for expedited shipping it could take several days to get your packages anyway. The units are quiet. The neighbors are great. But there are a lot of cars on the street. Our street is reduced to a single lane every evening. It was a fine landing place when we first moved to the area. But we are disappointed in how much we have to interact with the office and getting calls back and/or tasks completed can take several days and calls because they are too busy. I like to keep to myself more than living here offers. Here is my experience. We paid our $30 deposit for your package room key fob a couple weeks ago and gave a credit card (twice now for two different registrations) to cover a charge of $3 a day for each package that is in the locker for more than 3 days. We have not received a way to get into the lockers as promised. Given that I or my husband have phoned the office everyday this past week without a call back and tried to go by on Friday but the office was closed by 1pm yes we are pretty frustrated. We have 3 packages trapped in your system. Two of which we paid expedited shipping for. Additionally after making this complaint and to your office about the dog waste problem no one has gone out to take care of it. There is mold growing on some piles. These are old and not addressed. I didn't complain until I was charged the $75 fee to ensure that I would not have to sidestep the piles. It would be nice if you would prioritize your residents needs first. There are not that many of us. I am not complaining about the security fence people are upset about. I get that costs you money. But these are things you launched in the last 6 months that cost us money and decreased the quality of my experience."
"I’m so thankful for my beautiful new home at the Palladian. The space I have here in my townhouse is amazing. I love the huge kitchen, with granite countertops, and tons of storage. It’s so nice to have a screened in back porch and an attached garage. The management team is awesome. Life is so good here!! I couldn’t be more pleased."
