"The water gets shut off way too many times without enough notice. Do not talk to Brittany at the office because she downplays any concern that tenants may have....My daughter is a property manager at an apartment complex in Nashville TN. She said it sounds like they don't want to spend the money to get the pipes fixed properly.... Don't move here unless this is a last result because the amount of rent we pay is not worth the inconvenience that we constantly go through."

"**UPDATE** It’s a decent place, when they aren’t police’ing your patios. They pick and choose who to harass about what they have on their patio. Yes the patio that you pay rent for. Pool isn’t open year round and it also houses the gas grills, so you can only use them both in the summer. “Business center” closes when they leave the office. The sorry a** grills around the neighborhood need to be destroyed. You can tell the neighborhood has been around a very long time by the size/shapes of the pool, the CARPET & the BATHTUBS, but don’t worry they spray a fresh coat of paint on the tub and tile wall when you move in, the toilets are small. Renovations are decent but carpet is OLD. They tore down the Tennis court and didn’t put anything there. Quaniah is always sweet, does what she can to help always, unfortunately I can’t speak for everyone in the office. Maintenance is nice. Make sure you get Don he’ll make sure he does his best. If you need a garage or storage just save yourself some time & look at third party storage facilities because 1. They don’t have many & the ones that should be available 85% are taken up by maintenance, they have at least 6 garage/storage spaces. Prices are ok, it’s right next to a railroad so you will hear it the trains coming DAILY. I’m use to it doesn’t bother me as much hut tk each is own. Most people mind their business. Quiet neighborhood for the most part. They turn the water off almost once a month."
