"Put in work order for hallway light downstairs, Maintenance was there the next morning and fixed the light and also bathroom door that wasn’t shutting right. Both Maintenance men were on it and were great. A+ for both of them and Jameson Apartments."

"James, the maintenance guy who has done most of the work on my apartment for the last year or so, started working on my A/C unit a day after the request. There was not much refrigerant left that day, but he used as much as he could for my A/C unit to function decently until a new shipment came in two days later. Now it is working perfectly. James has always been generous and thorough when it comes to explaining what is going on with an issue and what needs to be done. He is also does a very thorough job resolving the maintenance issues that come up."

"The biggest mistake I ever made was living here. Day one, multiple neighbors told us how awful it was and we should have listened! Our second week here, sewage (yes, sewage) flooded our kitchen. And after it was “fixed” it happened again! The waste also got into our microwave and we did not have a working microwave from them the entirety of our lease. Glad we bought one ourselves. Multiple times they would send emails saying maintenance was “completed” when no one was there. And when they actually did attempt to replace it, it was our last week in the unit! The toilets are all low flow and the pipes are from the 70’s so they all have to be retrofitted which they never did until the THIRD flood which damaged $600 worth of our property. It soaked a chair, and two of our large carpets and we were told repeatedly that a water extraction team would be coming that day and that they would compensate us for the damage. Y’all think that ever happened? And when I called to complain, the young man up front said “we’ll just move it and don’t let it sit up in the water”. So obviously, we moved everything as soon as the we saw the flooding and never let anything “sit up” but nothing was ever done and we received nothing but attitude. Our smoke detectors never worked, plumbing was hardly fixed, and the maintenance is overworked because the two maintenance men who actually do the work have too much on their hands! And I moved out over a month ago and STILL have not received my deposit back. They actually said they have no clue where it is or when they will get it and they are not allowed to tell me when it will come in, which is insane. Please do not move in and if you need more convincing, speak to a current resident because I promise you, they will tell it all. I also reached out to the actual company that owns them and of course, no response from them either. Now I’m just hoping to get my deposit back because “in two weeks” was clearly not true."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This place is ROACH infested. They charge for pest control after living here 3 month and 6 treatments there are still roaches. I opened a case with the health department. They came out but stopped at the office where management promised it would be taken care of. The message says beautiful apartment homes but they should ask for a refund from whoever did the remodel. The door frames don't go to the floor and maintenance said it's supposed to be like that. I could see outside through the space around the door. They said it's supposed to be like that. I did my own weather stripping. The super heavy closet doors have fallen off twice and the told me that I had to wait until 2 days until Monday to get in the closet. Asked for window screens but was told they don't provide them to keep a uniform look. Most of the other units have them. Kitchen counters not level and over an inch around the dishwasher. Nails sticking out of the drawers where the tried to nail the face back on. I have video of roaches running around. I give this place -2 trillion."
