"Great apartments. The manager Shelby is great and professional. She keeps the place running well and addresses any issues in a timely and respectful manner. She also keeps residents informed of the dates pest control or maintenance will enter the units. They do a few annual maintenance checks and spray monthly for pests. The maintenance guy, Omar, does a great job keeping everything working; and, he is super professional. He keeps the place maintained. He checks the pool daily during the summer months, except weekends. They spray for roaches/pests monthly and maintain the grass, pool, etc. Clean and quiet place to live in Homewood near downtown. They added four or five grills and a dog park. The pool is great to cool down during the summer. I wish they had a 1/2 bath or 2 bath because the living area is really huge. Enjoyed the quiet apartments with students from local universities, families, and young and slightly less young professionals. The neighbors were all nice. No one smokes in the units nearby and those who do always do so in their cars, which is very considerate of shared walls with neighbors. Enjoy and highly recommended these apartments near downtown and highway 65."
"Homewood Heights is a great place to live. Very quiet and impeccable manager. Shelby Henninger is a wonderful manager with superior management skills, very responsive to tenants' needs. I also have to point out that Omar in maintenance is a great gentleman to work with. Very thoughtful and efficient. If you are looking for a place to move to look no further. I highly recommend Homewood Heights."
