"We have been waiting two months for closet doors and to have our tub resurfaced. Every time I call the office no answer. I email the agent we dealt with to no avail. I’m at the point now that I’m looking to reach out to Coporate. Because I’m beyond tired of these companies taking our money but doing nothing of what they promise to provide. And we were told the doors were ordered almost a month ago. I’m beyond frustrated!!!! The lack of communication and consistency in the office is very unprofessional."
"Roaches.. lots and lots of roaches. We called to complain and nothing was ever done. We had a toilet issue and maintenance took forever! They kept changing our mail key without telling us so we weren’t able to get our mail. We could never get anyone to answer the phone. Our apartment while renovated, you could see where shortcuts were taken. Apartment was always hot, air never flowed properly. When walking our dog, our dog cut her foot on a glass that was left out on the street. The exterior was always dirty and stinky. DO NOT LIVE HERE"
"I’ve been here three years and it’s been the worst renting experience I have ever had. They don’t come fix nothing! No communication at all! Took six months for me to get a toilet. I have stuff that’s been needed to be fixed since I moved in! They are making sure new tenets are good but what about the people who are already there! We pay for pest control every month but don’t ever see them! Water get cut off every other day but water bill still b high! Some of the staff are helpful and some need a reality check! I called from my phone several times and no answer but I call from another number they answer! This place is a joke! SMH If you’re thinking bout moving here please Reconsider. You would do better being in a box #do not move here!"
