"This is arguably the worst apartment I’ve lived considering the rent we are paying. They showed shiny new model- then the apartment we moved in was old torn building. We had and still having mold problems from a leak behind the wall in a bathroom which they “fixed” at some point. They have an emergency contact number for the maintenance in the resident portal- I don’t know if that ever picked up by anyone, even the management employee in the office doesn’t know if that number is current. This is the third day we are living without AC in this high summer temperature (over 95 degrees F). Still no one even came to check after leaving messages after messages in their system. I even went to the office in person but the employee there said they don’t know when the maintenance people will fix this. They simply don’t care. Another problem I found in their billing system is that they don’t bill your water according to your usage. They simply divide the total water usage in the community by the number of units. When asked in the office they said they do this only for sewerage. But then how would you explain that my friend ( who lives in another building of the apartment complex) pay the same water bill every month as I do! The only reason I gave 2 stars in the review because the apartment space is slightly larger for this rent compared to the other apartments we have seen. But with all other negatives, it feels this perk is wasted. Edit update: Nov 8, 2023 I would like to increase the rating from my initial 2 start to 4. Not sure if the management changed or the manager, they are very much active to solve any maintenance issue. They fixed a lot of things for our old building. Liked it. Hope they will continue like that to the rest of our stay."

"Believe everything negative you read about this place. Roaches rude staff disgusting facilities all around. It's astonishing how little they care. The leasing office won't do anything to help you unless you go in every day and put the pressure on them. I'm not sure if it could get worse than Valora. Lakeeva is extremely rude doesn't care at all and has been of no help during our stay here. Our apartment was disgusting at move in. The trash system is atrocious. Do some research move anywhere else. Our apartment also has extreme water damage and warping."
