"As a former tenant I do advise you not move here. Had our money order misplaced/stolen and was evicted due to it. This is a situation that has been an obstacle for 3 years now due to them but thankfully a lot of the apartments in Birmingham know these apartments are shady so I was able to move up in life. Dealt with mold spiders roaches no hot water ac issues and bed bugs."

"I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone I only had my apartment for 1 month till mold broke out due to water damage from my AC it’s been 7 months now and it still looks the same These are the recent pictures these people didn’t care about me and my kids safety they didn’t offer me another tenant I talked with them more than once and complained about the issue still nothing just half done work"

"Haven't had hot water in 3 weeks. Multiple work orders. Nothing. Air conditioner was down for 2 weeks one month before that."

"I am glad I moved out of here. It has been over a year and I have yet to get my deposit back. The rodent issue never went away and got into the food often (it's too hard to show the pictures). Other issues from my neighbors included mold and homeless people breaking in and staying as they pleased. It is definitely something for the housing authority to handle. The people who work there last one to two weeks most times which makes it hard to get things resolved. I wish I had broken the lease if I knew my rights as a tenant especially with there being mice there from the first month through the entire lease."

"Wish 0 stars was an option. In March the sewage backed up in my apartment and the vacant one across the hall. Maintenance came and took up the carpet in the closet and no where else. On top of that he carried it out soaking wet. And got sewage through the rest of my apartment. And did absolutely NOTHING to the sewage in the public hallway. Since then nothing has been done by management (older or "NEW"). Same old song and dance but no one even bothered to come check it out. I cleaned the carpet but I cant replace what was torn up. So I can't walk in my closet without shoes because of the carpet nails. But the last straw was that last week I was taking my dogs with me. While I turned to lock the door one of them laid down in the disgusting, untouched sewage carpet. Now he has a rash all over his body. I have asked for nothing but that the clean up a hazardous waste. I lost clothing and some other personal items due to sewage damage. I didn't ask to replace that. Nor for treatment for my dog. I just want to get out of this hell hole before we all get sick. I spoke with new management 3 times before I posted this review. It was through calling about this that I learned the property had been purchased."
