"Every time I called for information I got different answers to basic questions. I got tired of waiting for management to call me and found another place. If I'd looked at the reviews before, then I wouldn't have applied in the first place."

"Never had a problem with the maintenance personnel but the property is poorly maintained for the price, It's horrendous. From the Ammenities to Landscaping....Attention is past due !! INTERNET service is available, but that isn't the best either ... I would not recommend leasing a unit here unless you just need an affordable place to live very short term."

"(since my review keeps getting deleted) this place is disgusting, me and my boyfriend signed a 6 month lease and they changed it to a year with no notice or asking us if that was okay bc they “didnt have 6 month available” and then the apartment was still dirty when we moved in not cleaned at all and i know because there was still stuff from the previous tenants in the bedrooms and yellow stuff all over the baseboards , theres a HORRIBLE!!! roach infestation (i will include pictures of what we found from the moment we moved in and had to pay out of pocket to exterminate) water leaking from and staining the ceiling, its trashy and very outdated, our washer just stoped working, golf balls will fly and hit your car or apartment and they dont do nothing about it all types of weird stuff going on at night and feels very unsafe, and on top of that to get out of the lease you have to pay half of however many months you have left in full rent, maintenance will just give anybody that asks keys to your apartment, the gate never works, within the first couple months theres shootings and break ins all the time, the only time they clean up is before new tenants move in, and the management is horrible, stay FAR away from this apartment."

"I stayed there for two years honestly there was always something to the point I got tired of talking to the staff because they were so rude . I had to go bug spray my first couple weeks there . I was a super clean person . Mold grew up the walls,out of the vents and around the bath tub. I had to call the health department on them twice . There was drug buss, fighting and the police constantly knocked at my door for the old residence. The maintenance guys were the best staff but the those women up front always caught attitude. The power lights outside were always out . My car wash broken in to twice no one did anything . My air went out my child and I had to go with out air in 100 degree weather . They acted as if they didn’t care. There was never any parking. They left a hole in my ceiling and tools around a month that my child almost got in to. Some beside way nasty so it bought in bugs. The apartment almost flooded due to their pool sewage system. They only give they good apartments to people they know like they have special apartments but it’s only for their ppl .They took way the security and gate that never worked after the police had to had to chase a man down they was on the run all they from Mississippi. It was ghetto. Where I stayed honestly could’ve been section 8 . Nothing was updated and there was just always something . You pay for a pool and all these other things that you can/couldn’t use ."

"This place is trashy and unsafe. I was almost shot while living here and have had continuous issues such as water leaking from ceiling, trash and glass all outside my apartment, etc. Management is AWFUL!!! I was told my rent was increasing by $120 a month for maintenance. The photos are what maintenance did as well as damaging my door and my shoes."
