Quality Inn

"I will never stay at this hotel again!! My family and myself were in town for a funeral the weekend of February 23. We chose this hotel because in the past we had received great customer service there. I'm sure they are under different management. We rented 3 rooms for 2 nights. The guy at the front desk took forever to check us in but that turned out to be the least of our worries. We attended the visitation that Friday night at the funeral home and upon our return that Friday night we realized our microwave did not work in 1 of the rooms, however, we didn't mention it that night to the front desk. On our way to the funeral that Saturday, we informed the front desk about our microwave and to check on our water pressure in all rooms. Upon returning that night we expected to be able to return to a freshly cleaned room after the hard day we had endured due to burying my sister. Imagine our surprise when all 3 rooms had not been cleaned, there was water all over the floor in one bathroom, the smoke detector kept going off and no one was answering the phone at the front desk. We went down to speak to someone and the agent was sitting in a corner doing nothing while we were upstairs ringing the desk!! When the guy finally came up to take care of the smoke detector he handed us the battery to do it ourselves. We had to ask him would he please put the battery in for us. He did but after 10 minutes the detector started beeping again. We knew it would do no good to further complain. We went to warm up our food and low and behold we still had a non working microwave. The next morning we checked out after dealing with low water pressure (yet water all in the floor) an uncleaned room, beeping fire detector and no microwave to warm our food. We voiced our concern to the agent at the desk and all he could do was look at us staring blankly. NOT ONCE DID HE APOLOGIZE or attempt to make it right!! We asked if he could call his manager but we were told he did not answer. I told the agent we would like to be called by the manager concerning all of our concerns the next business day. We have yet to receive a call. People do not have to patronize your business but if they do, at least acknowledge the customers concerns!! Thank you QUALITY INN for making our stay even more miserable after having to bury our love one."

"Great atmosphere I stayed in at a Quality INN Gatlinburg Tennessee This one is far better. The rooms are nice and clean. My daughter will be gradating in 2024 and the prices was right. We are staying here again."

"This will be our go to place while we are visiting our son in college. Great customer service, clean, friendly, and honest. I left some items there when we checked out and we went back about two hours later and they had it put away in case I returned. Btw...the shower is wonderful! My husband and son (6'3 & 6'4) did not have to bend over while taking a shower. The water pressure is amazing. We will definitely be back to stay here."
