"Out of all the hotels in this area, this is the only one that had really good reviews and the only one I felt comfortable staying at. When I called to book my room I spoke with a man named Huey who was extremely kind and he took really good care of me and my kids and my dog. The kindness this man showed me restores a little more of my faith in humanity. This is a beautiful hotel and the staff members are amazing! They made sure we had extra towels and such in our room and let us know about everything there is to offer here. We know when we can go get hot breakfast. We know when check in and check out is, I actually was able to check in early which was cool. Huey went above and beyond to help me and I can't thank him enough. A beautiful hotel with beautiful humans in it. I absolutely love the energy. 10/10 recommend."

"I travel professionally and find myself staying in different hotels all over the nation but this one I find myself needing to write a review about. The staff here are incredible. They have been nothing but accommodating and hospitable and would rate customer service more then 5 stars if I could. With that being said the rooms are very below what you would expect a hotel with good reviews. I have been in three separate rooms that reek of mold and mildew to the point I have to use my rescue inhaler once a day. The odor is so strong I can only bear being in my room to sleep and spend most nights sitting in my car or the bathroom with the door closed. I have taken 3 cold showers in 4 days since hot water is incredibly scarce. Overall my room was clean, mattresses are incredibly uncomfortable but manageable but the smell is what warrants such a low review. These rooms need to be professionally cleaned as anyone with respiratory issues will be affected staying more then 1 night. Will not be returning anytime in the future and that simply put is only because of the atrocious odor of mold and mildew. I read multiple reviews over the last 5 years with the same complaints and hope management takes them more seriously as this place could be great if they dealt with the AC and mildew buildup. Management and staff are exceptional, professional and by far the best part of my experience."
