"Not advised to stay here. Staff were cussing up a storm when I walked in. "Profesional " very run down, thin walls. I can clearly hear the conversation next door. Cars idling out front and people yelling in the parking lot. You won't get any rest if you stay here."
"They were pet friendly which is the reason we stayed there. Only had 2 towels which the quality was poor. Bathroom was cleaned but old. Tub floor extremely worn. Bring your own pillows because what they provide are absolutely horrid. Will not be visiting again."
"We paid $950+ for two nights to get this. Quite frankly, we deserve a refund. I don’t even think this room is compliant with local laws (see missing smoke detector). Non-smoking meant nothing. It reeked of cigarettes and the evidence was literally on the door. I’ve stayed here for years to cheer on Bama and this was by far our worst experience ever at any motel/hotel. We will need to find somewhere else to stay for our next gameday. Avoid this place like the plague… you might just catch it."
"Great stay! Hotel is conveniently located. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. All the amenities. Crystal clear pool. Great breakfast selections. And guest services was superb. We didn't need our room cleaned daily. But Rosalind (I probably misspelled her name.) Was OUTSTANDING. She brought clean towels straight from the dryer. Triple checked multiple times that we had what we needed. All in all we were VERY pleased."
"The hotel was located not far off of highway with lots of options for food and shopping. Outside of buildings and rooms, they need a ton of tlc or replacement. Very worn and maintenance just covered up issues instead of fixing properly. For instance, the shower curtain in our room kept sliding open because the curtain rod wasn't hung level, and the towels needed to be replaced. Ms. Barbara at the service desk was amazing and very helpful. She took care of us and made it a better overall experience."
