"Living at Yorktown Commons was an awesome experience! The staff was not just professional but also really friendly, making it feel like a home. The place was always in great shape, with beautiful landscaping that gave it a warm vibe. Any issues I had were fixed super quickly, and the amenities, like the fitness center and pool, were fantastic. I'd totally recommend Yorktown Commons for anyone looking for a friendly and chill place to live!"

"Living in Yorktown Commons for my senior year was the absolute best decision of my four years in Tuscaloosa! The complex and its apartments are beautiful, spacious, and ridiculously inexpensive for the quality. The management (Rich and Allison) was also amazing and I could always reach them when I had questions or to get help with maintenance issues (few and far between as they were). I would recommend Yorktown Commons to anyone without hesitation!"

"Yorktown Commons is a very nice, clean, privately owned, small complex. The manager I’ve had the experience of talking to the most is Rich. He is a very nice, no-nonsense kind of guy. He is very helpful and answers all my questions quickly. I haven’t had any problems living here that weren’t rectified straight away. In fact, while on a extended out of state business trip, Rich kindly helped me secure expensive packages delivered on my front porch by placing them in my apartment. Multiple times over the course of a week. Which I understand can get annoying. That is going above and beyond the call-to-duty. I plan to live in Yorktown Commons for as long as I am in Tuscaloosa. (FRONT OFFICE ASKED ME TO LEAVE A NICE REVIEW) Update: My job transferred me out of state with 2 months left to go on my lease. I contacted the front office several times about trying to find a new tenant and/or break my lease. They did not help me and happily cashed my rent checks. I was not impressed with this. If they wish to refund me for those last two months that I did not live there then I will happily update this review. Otherwise be aware they do not help you leave early if you have to. Sadly another update: they charged over 60% in cleaning fees out of my security despite cleaning before I left. I made sure to mop, wipe everything down, vacuum, and remove all of my belongings. Yet they claimed they needed to mop, wipe things down, and remove trash. I’ll include pictures I took before moving out so you can see for yourself. Be aware. Take note of lack of trash, and basic cleaning."

"I absolutely loved living at Yorktown! The units are spacious with lots of closet and storage options. The bookshelves are a nice touch and really elevate the living area. This property is very well maintained and looks amazing. Rich and Allison are attentive and friendly and made sure my roommate and I had a positive experience. Any issues that came up were quickly resolved. Yorktown is the perfect place for grad students, young professionals, and even families. I would definitely recommend!"

"Beautiful Peaceful and Friendly Place to Live. As a international student, Yorktown make us feel so welcome. They carefully manage everything for you and fix everything you ask for. Never got a problem with packages or maintenance . Manager is a nice lady she has been very helpful and friendly since we moved in. Environment is great too, clean air and near to woods, my cat loves to play in the balcony."
