"The apartment itself is great. Very cheap for a two bedroom, fast internet, and just a walk from campus. The problem is the property manager, Vanessa. She has been nothing but problems. Me and my roommate have called her 20+ times during office hours and left messages to no response. She is rarely ever in office during her shift and refuses to return any calls. The final straw was this weekend when both mine and my roommates cars were towed because she never gave us a parking decal. We called multiple times asking about it, and she would never answer or give us a response. I even talked to the security guard who told her to email the residents about needing parking passes. She instead refused and now I know of at least 9 residents whom had their cars towed today. I expect Sealy, which I know is a good company, to refund us for our $230 towing fees, but I hope they think of Vanessa when they pay out $2,000+ to residents due to her ineptitude."

While the concrete walls may be a minor inconvenience, they can easily be overlooked by decorating creatively to personalize your space. The only drawback is occasional difficulty in connecting with the front office. However, Vanessa, the friendly and dedicated staff member, more than makes up for it with her warm and helpful attitude. Moreover, the maintenance team at Canterbury deserves special recognition for their friendly and prompt service. Any issues that arose during my stay were quickly resolved with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. In summary, Canterbury offers a secure and pristine environment for an exceptional living experience. Despite the minor inconvenience of concrete walls, the chance to personalize your space compensates for it. While reaching the front office can be a challenge, Vanessa's kindness and dedication make it worthwhile."

"I lived about 34 years ago. I attended UofA. I had great, and good memories of Canterbury Apartments. I can recall my apt number, but it was just in from of the pool, añ3th level the nearest to the stairway module. I have seen posted pic and It's still great. Good job"

"highly Not recommended sealy apartments. most of the apartments are Too old and have many insects. Apart of this, When they came to know that you are new in town they increase the rent fee and charge for furnitures. They are charging 180$ for single room furniture. New Comers kindly avoid this company apartments. Before signing contract kindly visit and check other companies too. they offer good price wth bitter condition. Regards MK"
