"i used to live here and it was great! i loved being on the same street as the stadium and walking to my chapter meetings on campus was easier since i lived in the building on paul bryant. i didnt have a car my first year in town so being near places i could walk to was really a deal breaker. i ended up being in the perfect spot and becoming a regular at mugshots up the street!! there are plenty of coffee shops near by that are okay with dogs so we used to do that a lot. my little sister is coming to ua next year and we wouldnt want her anywhere else, this place has been great!"

"Spent the last 3 years living at District Lofts and it was great. After moving out I was hit with a cleaning bill for the carpet, bathroom and bedroom totalling over 200$ despite having left those areas in almost identical conditions as it was given to me. The response I received for the invoice was useless. It seems the new management really can't live up to how Caleb ran the place."

"Beware they will not return phone calls. No one answers the phone. They have not returned the Security deposit since checkout in August. It is now 60 days and per Alabama law they are no liable for additional fees. Contacting an attorney today to get our $3000+ deposit back."

"The common area is filthy. The trash cans are over flowing for days-weeks with flies inside and out. There is trash all over the property. The door is always broken and the common areas are filthy. It’s highly unlikely any of the 5 star reviews here are legitimate. Please see pics"

"I have been staying at District Lofts for the past three years and over time has become like a second home to me. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable with really good amenities. The rooms are really ventilated with a lot of light coming in. They have a nice gym and a good lounge area within the apartment complex. They usually hold few events which are always fun. Everyone at the office is always polite with a really happy smile when we walk in and always ready to help out. Maintenance issues hardly came but were usually sorted at the earliest. Its pretty quite too inside the rooms. I have had the most wonderful experience at District Lofts and would definitely recommend it."
