"Great place to stay, clean and neat. Amazing, polite and helpful people. Would coke again for sure ."
"I had a terrible experience at the stay APT in Montgomery Alabama. The manager is absolutely evil. I called him this morning to speak with him regarding the cleanliness of the room. Because when I was drying off it the bathroom i put my foot up to dry off and there was black dirt on the white toilet seat. So then I got curious and put the white towel down on the floor and it was completely black when I picked it up. I explained that I was not even in town last week which means that house keeping should have came into room to clean and no one did. He said I was “trying to check him and that because my dog barks I’m kicked out of the hotel”. Listen I understand the noise thing and the barking thing what I don’t understand is that while I was talking to him he threatened to call the police so I called them and had them come out to the site due to the fact that I was scared and anxious and don’t deal with confrontation well. I asked if I could use the luggage cart he said I was no longer a guest and that the police would be back by in an hour to make sure I’m off the property. Which just made it take longer to get things loaded into the car. I planned on staying through January 23rd. FYI the keys would only sometimes work and when they didn’t the on-site girl was so rude and acted like it was the end of the world that she had to help me. The man that goes around doing maintenance definitely does deal and there is definitely drug use all over this hotel I think the guy in the corner room on the first floor by the outside door deals as well. He would just leave the door open so random people could walk in at anytime. It didn’t feel safe at all while I was there. The smell of marijuana is all over the place. If you’re looking to do drugs this is the place for you. But if you’re here to be a travel nurse with a dog this is not the place for you they do not care. Yes the rooms look nice and modern but that is just a mask!"
"The rooms were beautiful, very nice and pleasant but there were a few downfalls, I had messaged the worker to see if someone could spray and clean my room because I kept finding red and black ants (pyramid ants) and I also killed a baby spider, and these issues never were acknowledged. I was there for 6 days and never heard anything back, no one ever cleaned my room or sprayed. I did see someone spraying the outside of the building but I kept seeing ants here and there in my room on my bathroom floor towel. I had also asked them to sweep and mop because it seemed like they just swept all the dirt and crumbs from the previous person under the sofa. I know I should have spoken to someone instead of messaging but I was working during their business hours. It also says no smoking but I'm guessing you can disregard that because the workers were out there smoking a blunt. Also, apparently someone got their car stolen from the back so be sure to take your belongings with you. Lastly, the walls are pretty thin because I could hear people stomping around and other peoples alarms going off in their rooms, but overall, it's a nice place to stay for a bit, but not for a long stay. On the up side, they do have a stove and oven."
"I am a travel nurse and I had a great experience. Only 10 minutes away from Baptist south and a lot of food options around. Rooms look exactly as seen online. Cleaning of rooms could’ve been a little better but from what I understand, that was a staffing issue. I just ended up bringing my own sheets and towels from home. Any time I had an issue they quickly fixed it. Very accommodating. I did not experience a $250 fee that others are posting about either so idk what that’s about"
"This place is near all the junkies. The staff is terrible. All of them get high. The maintenance man sells. They act like they are good people when corporate comes in and that's it. They don't clean the rooms, they don't offer you any extra amenities and they are just down right rude. People smoke all over this building; crack, meth, molly, marijuana, cigarettes, YOU NAME IT! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!"
