"I’ve never had to wait long in the waiting room, the staff are kind and respectful, they do great work and, at least in my experience, the dentist not only listens to his patients but also humors them and takes the time to thoroughly check if said patient thinks they might need any additional work. "First and foremost, we want to thank Leslie for her exceptional patient care yesterday! We arrived early for our 7:00 a.m. appointments only to learn that one hygienist was sick. Leslie, without hesitation, stepped in and took care of the x-rays and cleaning for both my wife and me. She was efficient, yet thorough. She recognized the need and did not want us to have to reschedule our appointments, and we couldn't have been more grateful. Thank you, Leslie, you really did go above and beyond! We were disappointed to learn that the office will be adjusting their scheduling of appointments later this year. We always schedule our appointments together, at 7:00 a.m., and learned yesterday that will no longer be an option. The early morning appointments work best for our schedules and one reason we have been pleased with Valparaiso Family Dentistry for several years. The change in scheduling is the only reason for our one-star deduction with this review."
