"My mom experience was great. I have been going to the same dentist is Illinois for over 40 years and decided that since I moved here 6 years ago and now have dental insurance I would fine a dentist out here. I was a little nervous but Mike and Dr. Wilson were great and went into great detail explaining all the procedures and then the services that they feel are necessary for my dental health. He ladies at the front desk were all very kind and very patient and helpful. I am very happy to now have everyone there taking care of my mouth. Thank you all."

"First time visit. Oral hygienist, Diane, was wonderful (A+). It was honestly the most thorough oral cleaning and exam I have ever received. Dr. Wade Wilson came in and completed the exam. Friendly and very accommodating front-office personnel also. Very favorable first visit impression of this dental practice."

"Waited a month just to go in and be told I'm not in pain and nothing was going to be done at all this visit. NOT EVEN 5 MINS OF HIS TIME. I've dealt with pain for 12 weeks or better but new to the area and this was my first choice for a Dentist. THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY APT! My husband told them over the phone my situation as I was in pain and couldn't even talk this day, and I was told upon checking in that I was scheduled with a surgeon so I assumed everything was fine. Whoever I saw, did agree that there was bad cavities and said it would likely need a crown & root canal at minimum, as there was already numerous fillings on this one tooth. On the other one it has had a root canal& crown on it for 16 years, the bottom is decaying and I can literally taste it any time I eat. It makes me sick to taste it and my gums are sore. And my right K9 is almost shot, that is whole other story.. but them back teeth could have went tonight like discussed over the phone. I am going to need dentures or implants, he even agreed he would do it.. but he wanted me to think first? I left in pain and crying. Scrambling to find a dentist to do what I, the patient, ask for. Again this wasn't a nice clean tooth! And I am 30 years old and know what I am asking for. Had a whole month to make sure even. Maybe it would be better financially for me to do what I asked now before I lose insurance. I wasn't expecting all my teeth gone but the 2 back ones tonight, absolutely! And I waited an hour or a little more tonight while there, had someone watch my 4 kids, had a ride in case they used gas since I was scheduled with a surgeon prior, over an hour and a half of diving to and from, just for my pain to be dismissed right before Thanksgiving. And have to start over."

"They are always extremely kind when I am there. They explain things in ways I can understand. I've worked with a good amount of people there and have yet to have a negative experience. Just to reiterate, I'm going there to get a shot in the mouth and a tooth drilled and I'm saying I've yet to have a bad experience. So trust me when I say you're in good hands."
