"This is just one of those shady dentists. He take the itty bitty children even under 4 years old into the back of the building, but absolutely refuses to allow any parents back there! I don’t know what goes on behind closed doors when parents aren’t around or even allowed to be around their child in his office! I took my son in they claim they didn’t touch him they claim his mouth is so bad he can’t touch him but yet when I got my son back he was in pain and holding his mouth! There’s something really really shady about this dentist and what goes on between him and his hedge small children. Be careful when allowing children alone with grown men!"
"Zero stars if I could. My child had some work done, after I reluctantly agreed to his treatment plan, my child ended up in the ER the same night nearly hospitalized. He denies the procedure had anything to do with what had happened. The following week one of his freshly placed fillings fell out, my child had to go back and have that replaced. 6 months later my child is still dealing with the aftermath of his shotty work. We’re having his work corrected by another dentist. Would never recommend this Dr. Tyree to anyone."
"Avoid at all costs!!!! Receptionists are very rude. It was a nightmare just making the first appointment, which they didn't even do the X-rays they were supposed to do. That's a separate appointment after the exam (only here though). Parents aren't allowed back with their children even when they hear them screaming their lungs out. They don't seem to know how to bill the Insurance and then requested a NEW Referral. Then they call and ask why you sent them another one, demand you pay before they've correctly submitted a claim to the insurance and threaten you with collections. Send it through the insurance and ill be happy to make the $15.00 copay! This place is a total nightmare for parents and children! Next covered pediatric dentist is an additional hour and 45 minutes away and its totally worth the trip to not go to Tyree."
"Dr. Tyree was very informative about his philosophy on pediatric dental treatment and prevention. His treatment plan was considerably less invasive then the previous four pediatric dentists in the area we had worked with in the past. He explained the age of the patient and the “big picture” that drives the treatment plan. I am so glad we got a second opinion this time!"
